I do not understand why I would be alergic to a miniature schnauzer puppy when I had one as a child and previously as an adult. I have bathed the dog several times, but after being around it for just a few minutes, my throat gets sore, and feels clogged up, and it is difficult to swallow. Does anyone know why I would be allergic to a puppy or this breed when I previously had no problem?

My female Pomeranian had puppies 13 weeks ago. I was not planning on keeping any of them but we could not sell the last one. So, we decided to keep him. I have the father as well. I am loosing my mind trying to housebreak the puppy. What is even worse is my other dogs are now thinking it is ok to potty in the house. Any suggestions?

I'm looking to hunt rabbits, and will be looking into purchasing a beagle. Not only a beagle, but a beagle puppy. I want my beagle to be breed for hunting rabbits. I may even enter my beagle in a few field trial competitions when its ready. Well anyway, I live in Charles Town, West Virginia, it is in the eastern panhandle. Okay so my dog is about 18 months old and isn't very socialized because there are no other dogs/cats here and there are only a couple neighbors that we don't see very often. We are getting the puppy tomorrow! And meeting at the house. Usually my dog likes other dogs but at first she growls a little bit to say that she is nervous, and I am scared that she will do that at first and make a bad first impression and scare the puppy/foster parents! The lady I babysit for has a lil puppy(don't know how old) that barks all day long when home alone during the day and she's got some notices that if it doesn't stop she'll have to move. What are some things she can do. She's tried a crate but the dog still barks, just letting the dog stay in her daughters room but the dog just got into the window and barked. She can't get another dog her apartment only allows one. Someone told us to use a muzzle that you could get one that they could still drink and eat out of but can't bark. Is this true?

My little 9 week old boston terrier puppy is obsessed with biting. How can i teach her not to bite people. She also likes to chew on the baseboards of my floor. Is there a spray i can buy to deter her from this? Ive been using tabasco sauce and it seems to work a little.
