I have a Shetland Sheepdog and she's about nine months old. She is only about a foot tall and weighs around 5 lb.s is this normal? Or is there such thing as a miniature?

There is no such thing as a miniature Shetland Sheepdog. If she weighs five lbs and stands 12″ tall, there is something very wrong.

A normal sheltie would be 5 pounds at 5-weeks-old. There is no such thing as a Miniature sheltie. I wonder what your vet thinks.
