I have a 2 year old golden retriever and got her as a pup. Ever since she was born she was scared of almost everything and at age 1 she got a little better but now she is gone back to being scared of everything. How can I help her. There are not really any dog trainers where I live.

I have a golden retriever he is about 3-4 months and I noticed a inch size Lump on his shoulder, this appeared out of Nowhere it is kinda hard and I can move
It. It feels like I can completely grab the entire thig. It is under his skin and doesn't bother him at all when touching it or running it. He plays with our older dogs all the time very roughly and I am wondering if it is anything serious or if we should wait a week to see if it goes down?

We adopted a rescued golden retriever, and there are some days where he will just pace all morning and will never settle down. I had heard using chamomile, but I am not sure if that is safe, and if so can anyone recommend how to prepare a chamomile treat that would be great. I know that zen treats have one with chamomile in it (I think its called peace), but I was not sure if these are good treats. Also, if anyone has any other recommendations for relieving nerves of a golden retriever that would be great. Thanks

I have a one year old golden retriever, she was on Nutro's Natural chooice for large puppy before. After I read all the reviews, it seems like that blue wilderness is a better quality food with no grain and by products. However, it only comes in one formula. My 3 and a half year old golden retriever is female and has quite a short coat (slightly longer than labs) , as compared to other retrievers. I've seen her parents before and both of them have thick and long coats(bushy tails, long hair at the hind legs and chest). How do I encourage her hair growth?

my friend has a 9 year old golden retriever, and I wanted to get it a doggie toy to play with when i come visit. What would it like to play with?
thanks for the advice everyone. Just to let u all know its a male dog... and i was looking at different toys, and I am down to either getting him a plush hedgehog (although I am thinking that maybe he already has one), a blue teddy bear (made for dogs), or a blue stuffer bone (that he can chew on).
I wouldn't know what type of blanket he would like, he probably has a favorite blanket already?

I have a golden retriever and she looks quite small but i don't know if its just me but my family thinks she is quite small or that there is something about her that doesnt make her look like the other golden retrivers that we always see.
