My friend a is bringig me a bulldog from Columbia with shots and everything for 0 total. Is that a good price? How much do they cost here?

I think 500 is a good price. I looked up prices for a bulldog online and they can run up to 1200 and prob higher! Cheapest I found was 800.
The only way it’s $500 is if the Columbian exchange rate is extremely out there.
In the US, you won’t find a well bred Bulldog for under $2000.
That “good price” will disappear when the dog needs a $5000 Hip Dysplasia surgery at 8 months old, has severe allergies with expensive meds, and needs a $2000 sinus operation to be able to breathe.
It really all depends on the bloodlines,where you get it from, and who you get it from, I would say $300-$5000.

A well-bred bulldog will run around $2,000 and up.
They are very expensive dogs to breed because they need artificial insemination and c-sections for birthing.
Also cheaper bulldogs will most likely have a lot of health problems for which the breed is known.
