Beagle ????

I have a 2 year old Beagle who is very lovable. The only thing we don't get is that when we get hpme and sit on the couch, she comes licks our face and then rubs her neck on us and almost smothers us. We don't know why though. Any ideas?

I want to get a beagle puppy...any good breeders in northern ca??? Or shelters in nor cal with beagles (not nor cal beagle rescue) thanks!
