I have a Long hair dog Mix, Big 70 lbs Black. Last summer 08' I shaved her coat. This summer I left it long and he loses clumps of black hair in her pen every morning.... SO Should I just shave her in the summers so that does not happen?? Oh Yes I do brush my dog.

Ive know 2 black lab mixes (lab/huskey & lab/border collie) they were and are super shedders>It doesn’t matter what time of year it is.
ya, shaving your dog makes them a lot more comfotable
